Job Title: Sr. People Operations Coordinator 

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka 

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid 2-3 days a week work from office. 

Overview: We are seeking a Sr. People Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations, providing an excellent employee experience, and maintaining HR systems and processes. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle and HR transactions, including the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and payroll processes. 
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company. 
  • Manage HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards. 
  • Participate in the planning and executing local events and initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review and improve HR processes and strategies. 
  • Provide administrative support for the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. 
  • Drive and monitor HR operational metrics and improving processes to meet organizational standards and performance goals 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 6+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. 
  • Experience with UKG HRMS or similar HR management systems is highly desirable, with proficiency across multiple HR software platforms preferred to support seamless HR operations and data management. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient with HR software and comfortable learning new technologies. 
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Understanding of Statutory and Compliance.
